SmileGame Terms of Service and User Agreement

- Violence or Harm: Content encouraging physical harm, suicide, or spreading false medical information.
- Animal Cruelty: Depiction or support of animal abuse or illegal wildlife trade.
- Deceptive or Misleading Information: Scams, phishing attempts, impersonation, or manipulated media.
- Unauthorized Monitoring or Hacking Tools: Software designed to compromise privacy or security.
- Malware or Harmful Code: Any content that damages devices or disrupts data integrity.
- Child Exploitation: Any sexualized or abusive content involving minors is absolutely prohibited.
2.2 Advertising Standards
- Ads must not mislead users or obstruct normal gameplay.
- Forced or non-skippable ads designed to trap users are not allowed.
- All advertising claims must be truthful and verifiable.
- Any attempt to artificially inflate ad clicks or traffic will result in immediate account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities and Compliance
3.1 Users and partners must avoid fraudulent traffic, click manipulation, or ad interference.
